My
primary interests are in endangered species biology,
wildlife management, and quantitative ecology. The bulk of
my research focuses on monitoring the impacts of management
activities on wildlife and with insects and birds as
indicator species. In addition, I am interested in the
design and implementation of optimal population monitoring
schemes. Lastly, I am interested in the use of decision
analysis using the best available science and an integral
multi-perspective approach to resolve complex wildlife
management issues.
